- Provide next of kin’s contact details, including their name, relationship to you, and their address.
- Move to Section C: Qualifications, and indicate whether you have been awarded a doctoral degree. If 'Yes,' state the name of the university and the date obtained; if 'No,' provide proof of thesis submission.
- Complete Section D: Application for Registration by selecting the duration of the fellowship and filling in the host faculty, department, and academic contact details.
- Finally, review and sign the declaration and undertakings by the applicant, confirming your commitment to the information provided.
