- To create a new timesheet, click on the ‘Create Timesheet’ link and navigate to the Consumer Search page. Locate the consumer you are working for and click ‘Create Timesheet.’
- On the Provider Service Referrals page, select the appropriate referral and click ‘Create Timesheet.’ Then, choose a date using the calendar icon to enter your hours.
- On the timesheet entry page, use the tab key or mouse to navigate between fields. If you worked multiple shifts on a single day, enter the first shift and click 'There are more hours' to add additional lines.
- After completing your timesheet, click ‘Next’ to continue the submission process. Review your entries carefully; if no changes are needed, click ‘Submit.’ For any edits, use the ‘Edit’ button.
- Upon successful submission, you can print your timesheet by clicking the ‘Show printable version (PDF)’ button, which allows you to have it signed by your employer and fax it to PPL.
