- If applicable, go to Field No. 21 and indicate the appropriate action for any overpayment.
- Complete Fields No. 22 to 25 for verifying the identity of the tax filer.
- Enter the payment details in Fields No. 26 to 29.
- Click the next button to move to the next page.
- Fill out Fields No. 47 to 49 in Part IV, if there are applicable details for adding penalties.
- Complete Fields No. 55 to 61 for tax relief availment, if necessary.
- Click the next button to continue.
- Enter information in Schedule 1 for sales, revenues, receipts, or fees, if applicable.
- Provide details in Schedule 2 for cost of sales, if necessary.
- Click the next button again.
- Fill in details on Schedule 3 regarding other taxable income, if it applies.
- Continue with Schedule 4, detailing ordinary allowable itemized deductions, if applicable.
- Click the next button to proceed.
- Complete Schedule 5 for special allowable itemized deductions, if applicable.
- Fill out details in Schedule 6 for the computation of available net operating loss carry over, if necessary.
- Click the next button to keep advancing.
- Provide information in Schedule 7 for tax credits or payments, if applicable.
- Fill in Schedule 8 for the computation of minimum corporate income tax, if applicable.
- Complete Schedule 9 for reconciliation of net income against taxable income.
- Click the next button to move to the subsequent page.
- Enter details for Schedule 10 on the balance sheet.
- Complete Schedule 11 with stockholders or members information.
- Click the next button again.
- Fill out Schedule 12 for supplemental information, if applicable.
- Provide details for Schedule 13 on gross income or receipts that are exempt from income tax, if applicable.
- After completing the form, click the validate button to check for any overlooked fields.
