What is a lemon? A new vehicle may be a lemon if there is a defect covered by the warranty which substantially impairs the use and value. However, the defect cannot be the result of abuse, neglect or unauthorized modifications or alterations.

The more attempts made to repair a lemon vehicle, the more likely your chances of winning your lemon law case. Few lemon cases are decided after one or two attempts to repair the vehicle.
