You can't change your base currency after you've added your organisation. You can then add foreign currencies either by using a trial organisation or a business edition pricing plan with multicurrency. Add foreign currency conversion balances and run reports to track currency movements.

You can change the currency on individual transactions using Xero's multi-currency accounting software. Assign a default foreign currency to specific contacts. When you create invoices or quotes, receive payments, bills or send purchase orders, they're in the right currency for that contact.
