Add Conditional Fields Word Certificates For Free

Create a certificate using a Word template Launch the Microsoft Word application from your Desktop or the taskbar. Click in the Search box on the New screen, type “certificate” and press Enter. Next, select a certificate template that fits your requirements and click Create.

Add special formatting: To add formatting such as strikethrough or subscript, select some text, and then tap the formatting icon. You can also choose from case options or special text effects, and you can clear formatting. Highlight text: Select some text, tap the highlight icon, and then choose a highlight color.

Click the File tab. Click Info to view the document properties. To add or change properties, hover your pointer over the property you want to update and enter the information. Note that for some metadata, such as Author, you'll have to right-click on the property and choose Remove or Edit.

Place your cursor where you want the conditional text to go. Go to Mailings > Rules > If...Then... Else. In the Field name list choose the field from your data source that will determine the conditional text.
