Add Conditional Fields Legal Texas Services Forms For Free

Zendesk has a forms module that allows you to create simple ticket forms. You can embed these forms in your Zendesk help center, or on your website as a part of the web widget. However, the default Zendesk forms have many limitations: Limited customization. Small selection of fields.

Creating custom user fields In Admin Center, click People in the sidebar, then select Configuration > User fields. Click Add field. Select a field type, then enter a Display name. Verify that the field key is the value you want it to be. (Optional) Add a Description for the custom field.

Creating a new branded ticket form In Admin Center, click Objects and rules in the sidebar, then select Tickets > Forms. Click Add form. Follow the steps in Creating multiple ticket forms, with the following modifications: Deselect Apply to all brands. Click Save.

Answer Go to Admin Center > Objects and rules > Tickets > Fields. Open the Subject field. Under Permissions, select Customers can view. Select Save.

Editing ticket forms In Admin Center, click Objects and rules in the sidebar, then select Tickets > Forms. If your plan has multiple ticket forms, click the ticket form you want to edit. If your plan has a single ticket form, edit your form by reordering the custom fields. Make any changes you'd like. Click Save.

A Conditional Field is a tag on a document that only appears when a related requirement is fulfilled. If you'd like to require a field based on the signer's selection of another field, you can do so with Conditional Fields. You can think of these in terms of if/then conditions or logic: If the signer checks this box.

How to edit categories In the sidebar of the administration, navigate to Products → Manage categories. In the table, you can see all categories of your shop. Select the name of the category you want to edit. On the General tab, edit the settings. Select Save.

Creating ticket forms In Admin Center, click Objects and rules in the sidebar, then select Tickets > Forms. Click Add form. Click New form to edit the name of the ticket form. If you want the form to be visible to end users, select the Editable for end users check box.

To add conditions to ticket forms In Admin Center, click Objects and rules in the sidebar, then select Tickets > Forms. Move the cursor over the ticket form that you want to add conditions to, then click the options menu ( ) on the right side and select Conditions.
