Rule 45 - Effective until 1/1/2025 Subpoena (a)Form; issuance. - (1) Every subpoena shall be in a form which substantially complies with Form 33. Civil Case Subpoena, as set forth in the Appendix of Forms of the Rules of Civil Procedure.

This Rule applies to a dismissal of any counterclaim, crossclaim, or third-party claim.
