The court shall grant summary judgment if the movant shows that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and the movant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.

(1) In General. After receiving an affidavit or other information, a magistrate judge–or if authorized by Rule 41(b), a judge of a state court of record–must issue the warrant if there is probable cause to search for and seize a person or property or to and use a tracking device.

Rule 59(e) authorizes a motion to alter or amend a judgment. A Rule 59(e) motion must be filed no later than 28 days after the entry of the judgment. This is a strict time limit, and the court has no authority to grant more time.
