Add Alternative Choice Electronic Forms For Free

If you belong to a team, you and the people on your team can create up to 400 forms, which will show up in the Group forms tab of your forms.office portal page. The 400 forms you and your team can create are in addition to the 400 single forms you can create as an individual.

If you're using a template, you can skip to Update questions. Open a form in Google Forms. Click Add . To the right of the question title, choose the type of question you want. Type the possible responses to your question. To prevent people from not answering, turn on Required.

Start a new form Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your school or work credentials. Open the Excel workbook in which you want to insert a form. Select Insert > Forms > New Form. A new tab for Microsoft Forms will open in your web browser. Select the placeholder default title and change with your own.

In your form, click on the question you want to add a dropdown list to or add a new question by clicking the plus sign in the floating menu on the right. Click the box in the upper right corner of the question field. Then select Dropdown. Now you can add items for your dropdown list by clicking Add option.

Solution Open Google Forms, either through forms.google or Google Drive > New > Google Forms. Add a new Multiple choice question. Add an option as Option 1. In the next option, click Add other.
