Click the File tab. Click Info to view the document properties. To add or change properties, hover your pointer over the property you want to update and enter the information. Note that for some metadata, such as Author, you'll have to right-click on the property and choose Remove or Edit.

Update a field In a document you have open, right-click a field, such as a table of contents, a page number, or a cross-reference, and click Update Field. Add a field by using a field template On the Home tab, in the Views group, click View, and then click Datasheet View. On the Table Fields tab, in the Add & Delete group, click More Fields. Select a field in the More Fields list to insert the new column.

Go to File > New. In the Search for online templates field, type Forms or the kind of form you want. Then press Enter. In the displayed results, right-click any item, then select Create.
