Log in to your TLScontact Account Please enter the provided e-mail address and password during your account creation. In case you haven't activated your account, thank you for clicking on the link sent to your mailbox. This step is mandatory in order to be able to register to your account.

1. Using the VFS Global website Select your VAC location: Select the location of the visa application centre where you provided your biometric information. Click on 'Track your application': At the top of the page for your VFS Global visa application centre, you may see a section called 'Track your application'.

Once you have submitted your biometric data at our centre, you unfortunately cannot make any further changes to your application. Your only option is to cancel your application, through the gov.uk website and make a new application.

You need to upload your documents once you reach the evidence section of the application form. Click 'upload evidence' next to the evidence you want to upload and then 'choose file' to select the file you need. If your upload is successful, you'll see it under the 'Files added' heading on the application form.

You can follow the status of your visa application using the Track My Application function on your Account page on our website. Please note that TLScontact has no influence over the visa decision or application processing times.

Click on the plus button ( ) in order to browse your hard drive and choose the documents you want to upload. Or you can choose to Drag and Drop your files from your hard drive to the dedicated blue space. Please note that only documents in PDF format are accepted.

UKVI will usually reply within 2 days, except on Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays. On the TLScontact website, click 'Provide Documents and Biometrics' and then 'Continue' to be redirected to your account. Choose the option to 'Track' which will display the real-time status of your application.
