Unlock Signature Permit For Free

If a digital signature isn't valid, there can be many causes. For example, the sender's certificate may have expired, it may have been revoked by the certificate authority (CA), or the server that verifies the certificate might be unavailable. Notify the message sender of the problem.

Update your PDF software. You may be using an old version of your PDF reader that doesn't support e-signatures, even though the newer versions do. Check your PDF software's settings for an auto-update function or visit the developer's website to download the latest version.

Select the "Lock" icon on the top-left corner and select the label "Permission Details." Continue into the "Security Method" drop-down and change it to "No Security." Provide the password and select "OK" to verify the removal of the encryption password.

Please try to logout of the application and reboot the computer once and relogin with the same Adobe ID and try requesting the signatures and see if that works. Also, please try to request signatures via Document Cloud - and check if that helps.
