Unify Currency Invoice For Free

You provide customers with quotes and invoices in two currencies, U.S. dollars and the buyer's local currency. This practice is common for exporters around the globe, especially in Europe where multiple currencies are used frequently. Here's an example of how a U.S. exporter could invoice in two currencies.

You'll need to sign up with a payment gateway provider, such as SecureGlobalPay. Payment gateways facilitate card transactions and are the intermediaries between your customers and business. They make accepting different currencies as easy as creating an account with one of your existing payment providers.

Foreign currency invoices are legally compliant with your country's regulations. If compliant, your prices are accurately converted into the foreign currency using an up-to-date exchange rate. Any variations in the exchange rate that lead to exchange gains and losses are accounted for so your books still add up.

You can create one-off invoices in a currency that's different than the customer's default currency. This feature is available both in Invoices API and in the dashboard for one-off invoices.

Is it possible to create invoices in multiple currencies? Yes. Depending on the customer's base currency invoices can be created.

Select a currency conversion display option Click on the organisation name, select Settings, then click Invoice settings. Next to the standard template you want to update, click Options, then select Edit. Under Show currency conversion as, select how you want the currency conversion to show. Click Save.
