Turn On Table License For Free

The standard user license plan for Power Automate is the Power Automate Premium plan, but users have a range of other license plan options. Users with the free plan or one of the Microsoft 365 license plans can only access standard connectors, but most of the other license plans provide access to premium connectors.

Power Automate Desktop is free to use on Windows 10/11. There is a paid premium license that enables additional features, but you can use the free version if you don't need them, and there is no expiration or trial period for that.

Organizations also gain rights to use Power Automate if they're licensed to use any of the following plans where Power Automate licenses are seeded. Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365). Dynamics 365 Enterprise. Dynamics 365 Professional. Dynamics 365 Team Member. Power Apps (Canvas and Model driven Apps)- Per App plans.

How is Microsoft Power Apps licensed? Power Apps Premium is licensed per user and entitles the licensed user to build, modernize, and run unlimited custom applications and access unlimited websites for $20/user/month (or $12 per user/month with 2,000+ new user licenses).

All users must have one of the following licenses: Microsoft 365 license (E3, E5). Power Automate Premium license (non-trial, previously Power Automate per user with attended RPA). Optional Power Automate Process license (non-trial, previously Power Automate with unattended RPA).

The Common Data Service - O365 P3 license is the one that comes with M365 E5. But that only covers the spots where MS uses the Common Data Service internally, like approvals. You don't need to purchase any additional licenses to use Dataverse for Teams; it's included in all Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
