Log into your account at LouisianaOutdoors.com then click 'E-tag/Text-to-Tag' to enroll in electronic text-to-tag, then follow the steps below to tag and validate your harvest via your smartphone. As long as you complete the electronic tag before moving the animal, you do not have to attach a physical tag.

The season limit is six deer, not to exceed three antlered or four antlerless deer. There are some exceptions to this in certain areas.

Immediately tag your fish or animal after harvest and enter required information properly. You can now use an electronic copy of your recreational license for activities that do not require tagging. You can use the Texas License Connection receipt that was emailed to you when you completed your license purchase, or you can view your recreational license information in the Outdoor Annual mobile app.
