Tag Log For Free

Tag log groups in Amazon CloudWatch Logs. You can assign your own metadata to the log groups you create in Amazon CloudWatch Logs in the form of tags. A tag is a key-value pair that you define for a log group. Using tags is a simple yet powerful way to manage AWS resources and organize data, including billing data.

Starting a LogTag with Display You will need to hold the start button for at least 5 seconds. The word STARTING will appear and flash. until the word STARTING stops flashing, then release it. This can take from 1 to 5 seconds.

Encryption using AWS KMS is enabled at the log group level, by associating a key with a log group, either when you create the log group or after it exists. CloudWatch Logs now supports encryption context, using kms:EncryptionContext:aws:logs:arn as the key and the ARN of the log group as the value for that key.

Tag naming and usage conventions The following basic naming and usage conventions apply to using tags with CloudWatch resources: Each resource can have a maximum of 50 tags. For each resource, each tag key must be unique, and each tag key can have only one value.

Press and hold the Start button for about a second. Both the red and green LEDs on the front of the logger will flash for a few seconds to show that the logger is starting. After that, the green OK LED will flash briefly about every 8 seconds to show you that the logger is recording.
