Ammo cans can be a great way to keep your ammo organized, stacked, and dry. However, ammo cans are not the only way to do so. Tupperware-type containers, plastic food-storage buckets, and gallon zip-top bags can be excellent and inexpensive ways to keep your ammunition sealed away from moisture.

I keep mine in it's original box with the plastic tray if possible, unless the box is damaged. The little silica packs that absorb moisture come with almost everything we buy so i recycle those and keep them in the area where i store ammo. I also keep 1 in each gun case to help prevent rust.
