Go to www.qrstuff.com and select the Plain Text data type from column 1. In column 2 enter the text you would like displayed when your QR code is scanned. You can also choose to create a static or dynamic QR code. Choose your QR code image foreground colour in column 3. You're done!

Password protected QR Codes allow you to share your private data with only authorized people. When end-users scan it, they are prompted to enter the required password to be able to access the data. That simple! Note that you can only make dynamic QR Codes password protected.

Open your signature template in the CodeTwo software that you use. Select a place in your signature where you would like to add a QR code, click the Placeholder or AD attributes button (depending on your software) on the signature template editor's ribbon, and go to Other > QR Code image (Fig. 2.).

In the Email field, enter the target or the recipient's email address. Next, enter the subject of the email. Then, enter the body of the email. Select 'Generate' to finish creating your Email QR Code.
