Revise Numbers Record For Free

In the spreadsheet manager, click Recently Deleted in the left sidebar. Select a spreadsheet or folder, then click Recover at the bottom of the window (or choose it from the item's More menu ). The selected item moves back to its former location in the spreadsheet manager (under Browse and Recents).

Edit content: Double-click a cell to make the insertion point appear, then type. To move the insertion point, click where you want it, then type. Replace content: Click the cell, then start typing. The existing content is overwritten.

With the spreadsheet open, choose File > Revert To (from the File menu at the top of your screen), then choose Browse All Versions. The window refreshes to show a thumbnail of your current version on the left and a stack of thumbnails of the previous versions on the right.

Undo or redo changes in Numbers on Mac Undo the last action: Choose Edit > Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit > Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.

To download or print a copy, click the More button at the top of the preview window, then choose an option. Click Restore at the bottom of the Version History list. Tip: You can also click Restore in the top-right corner of a spreadsheet you're previewing. The current version is replaced with the selected version.

See the Intro to collaboration in Numbers for iCloud. Open the spreadsheet, click the More button in the toolbar, then choose Browse All Versions. In the Version History list, select the spreadsheet you want to restore. ... Click Restore at the bottom of the Version History list.

With the spreadsheet manager in browse view, tap Select at the top of the screen, then tap the spreadsheet (a checkmark appears). Tap Versions at the top of the screen. Tap a previous version to select it.
