Open Teams > go to the meeting recording in the chat history and click More options button (?) > Open in Microsoft Stream. On the Microsoft Stream portal, click More options button (?) > Edit.

First, download the transcript as a WebVTT file and open it in a text editor or caption or subtitle editor of your choice. Make your edits and save the file. Delete the existing transcript file from the video, then upload your edited WebVTT file in its place.

Transcript editing is only available for recordings that were saved in Microsoft Stream. If your Teams org has already chosen to save recordings to OneDrive and SharePoint, this option will not yet be available. However, you will still be able to delete a recording.

Under normal circumstances, fail grades can't be removed from your academic transcript. We are required to release transcripts with all unit results. However, if you were unable to complete units due to extenuating circumstances, you may be able to apply for 'Withdrawal Without Academic Penalty'.

Official transcripts come directly from the school in question to whomever requests them. You could likely alter your own unofficial transcript, but will almost certainly be extraordinarily sorry if you get caught?and you likely will.

The meeting organizer can delete the transcript. Open the meeting and go to Recordings & Transcripts. above the transcript to delete the transcript.
