Each of the custom features of your class ring is carefully and skillfully handcrafted so you will enjoy and take pride in your ring for many years. If your ring cannot be repaired or replaced under these terms, a refund will be allowed.

Your Jostens ring may be resized at any time free of charge, if in resizable condition.If your ring is damaged or worn beyond satisfaction, it may be exchanged for a ring of same or similar design and of comparable value at Jostens current remake charge. Call 1-800-854-7464 for a quote.

A jeweler can do the work in as little as two hours, though it may take up to a month if the ring has an intricate setting. A simple resize costs from $20 to $60, depending on the type of metal and region of the country. For a more complex resizing, the cost ranges from $50 to $150.

Lifetime Limited Warranty Jostens reserves the right to substitute a comparable product in the event the original product is not available. Jostens' warranty does not apply to any repairs required as a result of excessive wear and tear.
