The Fax Journal report lists information about the last 200 incoming and outgoing faxes. Using this report, you can tell the date and time each fax was sent or received, the name or number the fax was sent to or received from (provided the Station ID has been set), and whether or not the transmission was successful.

Click on the FAX SETTINGS. Select ANALOG FAX SETUP. Click on FAX RECEIVE SETTINGS when visible. Click on the down-arrow until BLOCK NO NAME FAX is visible.
