Go to menu Vendors > Vendor Center. Toggle the Transaction tab of left panel, find the Purchase Order and edit it. Create a PDF copy of it and send your revised PO to the vendor.

PO number. Purchase order date. Vendor name and billing address. Buyer name and shipping address. Additional contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses. Delivery date. Shipping method. Shipping terms.

Indicate the products you are purchasing. Enter one line of information for each item you want to include on this purchase order. Enter the quantity, or the number of items you want.
