Select the group that you want to ungroup. For more information, see Select or deselect controls on a worksheet. Right-click the selection, point to Grouping, and then click Ungroup. To continue ungrouping, click Yes when the message box appears.

Click "Add Another Button" to create one more radio button. Enter a "Group Name" that will group the buttons together. A group name is used to uniquely identify each group on a PDF form. It is a good idea to use the same group name for both form and data fields to simplify the field mapping.

Open the PDF file that you will use for the form. From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields... From the Add New Field pull-down menu, select Show Tools on Toolbar. Click Radio Button Tool. Position the cursor where you want the form field to begin.

If you need to select one option from many, we've got <input type="radio"> buttons, but data and end-result-wise, that's the same as a <select> . If you need to select multiple options, we've got <input type="checkbox"> , but that's data and end-result-wise the same as <select multiple> .

Add a new radio button with the same group name as the button you want to uncheck. Select the new button. Thhis should uncheck the original button. Delete the radio button you just added.

From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields... The Forms toolbar appears. Select the radio button you want to delete. The radio button appears highlighted when selected. Press Delete. OR. From the Edit menu, select Delete.

There are several things you can do. One is to create the first check box and make it the size you want. Then right-click on it and select "Create Multiple Fields". This will create multiple fields of the same size and with different names, using a hierarchical naming scheme.
