To access and configure the Office 365 whitelist open up the Office 365 Security Center, aka Microsoft 365 Defender. (you can also click Security in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center). Then click ?Add Senders?, ?Done?, and ?Save? to commit your changes.

Release quarantined email On the Email tab: Select Release. In the details flyout of the selected message: Select Release email.

Open the spam quarantine mailbox in Outlook on a client computer. In the Mail view, find the message you want to recover in the Inbox, and then double-click the message to open it. In the Move section of the Ribbon, click Actions > Resend this Message.
