To obtain the invoice for your shipment, you must request it during the service purchase process. Otherwise, you will receive a simplified invoice via email whose VAT will not be deductible.

You'd normally send a short email message with your invoice. The most important part of your invoice email is the subject line. The customer may pay faster if you give them a reference like the purchase order number. You can ask your customer's accounts payable department what they like to see as the email subject.

The nearest you will get for an invoice, is to go to your Purchase History and find the transaction print it off it will show the details of the item, price paid, and date of purchase. Buying from a Private seller this is the nearest you'll get to an invoice.

How do I send or revise an invoice? Find the item: In Seller Hub, select Orders. In My eBay, select Sold. From Actions, select Send invoice. Make any necessary changes (to shipping charges, payment methods, etc.). Select Send invoice.

Go to the Seller's Hub and My eBay. Once you are in the Seller Hub, you will find details of all sold items from your account. Go to All Orders and this will bring up a list of all sold items and pending orders. You can retrieve the invoice for specific orders by clicking on each order.

Click Settings, in the top right corner of your screen. In the left navigation menu, select Billing and Invoices. Locate the invoice you would like to download, then click on the icon. The invoice will be automatically downloaded as PDF document.

You should verify the invoice number, date, supplier name, address, and contact information, as well as the item description, quantity, price, and unit of measure. You should also check for any discounts, taxes, shipping charges, or other fees that may apply.
