Merge Invoice For Free

You can apply one payment to multiple invoices in QuickBooks for a single customer. To do this, place a checkmark in the checkmark column to the left of the invoices against which you want to apply the cumulative payment amount received. Repeat this until the total payment has been distributed to the correct invoices.

Click the "Settings" button on the "Invoice" ribbon tab. Go to the "Extract / Email" tab. Click and activate "Send invoice via email". There are invoice format you can choose form: "Attach PDF invoice to email", "Attach Excel invoice to email" and "Attach image (PNG) invoice to email".

Open MS Word and choose a new document or an existing document that you would like to use as a Mail Merge template. Click the Insert tab from the Menu bar and choose Field from the Quick Parts list. Choose Mail Merge from the Categories list. Select MergeField from the Field names list.

From your Dashboard > Invoices > Reports. You can select up to 10 invoices for a customer and send a customer statement. This will allow you to include up to 10 outstanding invoices in 1 email, and your customer can click each link to pay.
