Try it! Select Layout. In the Paragraph group, select the small arrow. In the Paragraph dialog box, select Line and Page Breaks. Under Pagination, choose the option that works best for you: Widow/Orphan control. Keep with next. Keep lines together. Page break before.

From the dropdown menu, select Insert Page Breaks. This will open the Page Breaks dialog box. In the Page Breaks dialog box, you can set the condition that will trigger the page break. For example, you can set the condition to insert a page break after every 10 rows of data, or after a specific value in a column.

Word automatically adds a break at the end of each page. You can also insert a manual page break anytime you want to start a new page in your document. Put your cursor where you want one page to end and the next to begin. Go to Insert > Page Break.

Page breaks divide worksheets into separate pages when you print. In Page Break Preview you can insert, move, or remove page breaks. Click View > Page Break Preview.

Just click into the document at the place where you want the page break to occur. This should, of course, be before the automatic page break. Then press ?Ctrl? + ?Enter? on your keyboard. Alternatively, click the ?Breaks? button in the ?Page Setup? group on the ?Layout? tab of the Ribbon.

First, go to the View tab and click on the Page Break View option in the Workbook Views section. This will immediately display all page breaks in your sheet.
