The LSAT is offered 9 times a year (generally once a month except May, December, and either August or September). You should take the LSAT no later than the summer or fall of the year in which you intend to apply, a full year (or more) before you intend to begin law school.

Starting with the August test, LSAT-Flex test takers may now use soft, non-electronic, non-corded/banded, generic foam ear plugs, which will need to be shown to and approved by your LSAT-Flex proctor. NOTE: Please ensure that your earplugs will not interfere with your ability to receive instruction from your proctor.

But there are excellent techniques for handling each type of game, and students often see significant score increases through studyinggoing from 5-6 right to over 20 right per section is not uncommon! On the other hand, Reading Comprehension is the generally the most difficult section to improve.

Unfortunately, LSAC's policies don't appear to permit gum-chewing during the LSAT.

Food/Drink According to the LSAC regulations issued in March 2007, a beverage in a plastic container or juice box (20 oz./591 ml maximum size) and a snack (for break only) are allowed. Note: Some testing centers do not allow you to bring food and drink into the center, although water bottles may be approved.
