Although schools no longer average LSAT scores, a drop could look bad. In general, however, canceling your score will not look suspicious. Adcoms don't really care about a single cancellation, even if it's after a recorded LSAT score.

The Law School Admission Council, which administers the exam, will report all of your LSAT results to the schools where you apply. If you canceled your score, they will report that you took the exam and canceled.

When you start studying LSAT methods and techniques, however, your natural process is initially disrupted and consequently you slow down. This is completely normal but it can be upsetting because when you slow down, you often see your score drop a bit.

It is not, however, a reason to cancel your LSAT score. If you seriously studied and committed to preparing for the exam in the months leading up to it, then you should be in a good position to keep the score. Even if you didn't get a 180, it's likely that this score reflects your aptitude and abilities.

The lowest LSAT score possible, which is practically impossible to get because you would have to flop every question, is 120.

Even if you do worse on a retake, law schools still have the ability and the incentive just to consider your higher score. That said, law schools generally don't view a 1 or 2 point score bump as a significant improvement. For one thing, these scores are within the margin of error.
