By mail: Print and fill out the Student Records Request Form. Include a copy of your photo ID with your signature. Include your contact information. Use the School Finder tool to find your school's mailing address. Mail the form to your school, with a photocopy of your ID.

There is no maximum age limit for adult students who are returning to school to earn a high school diploma. You will need to bring your transcript from your last high school attended as well as one from any college(s) you might have attended.

The Adult Diploma Program provides job training and an alternate pathway for adults, ages 20 or older, to earn an industry-recognized credential aligned to one of Ohio's in-demand jobs (after passing the WorkKeys, course requirements, and assessments) AND awarded a state-issued high school diploma.

If you left high school before graduation, you can demonstrate that you have the same skills and knowledge as a high school graduate by taking a High School Equivalency (HSE) test. Once you pass the test, the state of Ohio will issue you a high school equivalence diploma.
