To decline to sign: 1. Open the email notification and click REVIEW DOCUMENT. 2. In the upper-right of the envelope click OTHER ACTIONS and select Decline to Sign.

Politely decline, and communicate to those offering the contract, simply, that you do not find the obligation fair and acceptable.

When viewing the document itself, click on OTHER ACTIONS and then select Decline to Sign from the drop-down menu. Click CONTINUE. You will be prompted to enter the reason you are declining to sign. Once you enter the reason, click DECLINE TO SIGN.

You can add both signature fields on the envelope and assign them to your recipient, but only set one up as required, the other can be set up as optional. If you set fields as optional they can be skipped and the signer can decide whether or not they want to fill them out.
