IOU Add Alternative Choice For Free

This is done when creating your meeting in your Zoom account on the web or by editing an existing meeting via the My Meetings tab on the web. Go to the Advanced Options at the bottom of the meeting setup page and enter the email address for the person you wish to be an alternative host.

If you want to make someone a co-owner of your meeting/event, you can activate the Delegate Access option on your Outlook. It allows another person, known as a delegate, to receive and respond to meeting requests or responses and to send e-mail messages on your behalf.

Using the Outlook calendar add-in Click the Zoom Settings Icon in your ribbon (near Add a Zoom Meeting). Scroll down and click Advanced Options click Show. Scroll to the bottom to Alternative Hosts. Add the email address(es) for those who will act as Alternative Hosts for this meeting.

Using the participants window:Click Participants in the meeting controls at the bottom of the Zoom window.Hover over the name of the participant who is going to be a co-host, and choose More.Click Make Co-Host.Dec 15, 2021

There are a few limitations to note: Alternative hosts must be licensed Zoom users. An alternative host must be a member of the same Zoom account as the host. In other words, you cannot designate someone from another institution as an alternative host.
