Integrate Contract For Free

A fully integrated contract is one that is a final and complete expression of all the terms agreed upon between (or among) the parties.

Thus, an oral discussion or written document is a partial integration if it does not capture the full intent of the parties to some agreement. In contract disputes, parol evidence is admissible to clear up ambiguities on agreement terms that are not fully integrated. See Integration and Complete integration.
