Again, there really aren't set limitations for faxed documents. For traditional fax machines, it's recommended that you submit 50 pages or less. For an easier and reliable transmission, start with batches of 15 pages. Fortunately, online fax services are on the rise these days.

Upload and Attach Multiple Page Documents Start by signing into your account and clicking ?Send Fax.? Then follow all the instructions to set up your fax ? entering the recipient's name, location, and fax number and attaching a cover page if needed. Then, click ?Browse? to select the documents you want to attach.

Defining Fax Recipients In the To box, type the phone number to which the fax should be sent. Click or press Enter to add the number to the list. Right-click the list and click Add or press the Insert key to open the Add/Edit Recipient dialog box. Enter the fax number or e-mail address (at least one is required).

The sender addresses the message to the recipient's fax number. Depending on the service, the sender may also add the name of the faxing service (for example: 18005551234@emailfaxes.com). The service translates the attachment so that a fax machine can read it. The service sends the data across the phone line.

To fax multiple pages as separate files: Hold the CTRL button and select all the pages you want to send. Or, you can press CTRL + A. Note that you can only select a maximum of 10 files at a time.

Click the name of the first contact in the list to whom you want to send the fax. Press and hold the ?Ctrl? key as you click other names to add to the Message Recipients list for the fax. After you select all the recipients for the fax, click the ?To->? button to add them to the Message Recipients list box.

If you need to send a fax to a client but do not have a fax machine, you can still send a fax using your computer. Online faxing, or e-faxing, is a more convenient and cost-effective way of sending faxes than buying a fax machine or using a local fax shop.
