There's no limit on hardware service (mechanical breakdown) claims. Once your claim is approved by Assurant, your replacement device will be shipped next business day (if available), at no additional charge. You'll have 10 days to return your damaged device.

File as many claims as you need. Get up to $5,000 in coverage every 12 months and $2,000 per approved claim. Non original parts may be used for repair, and a replacement product may be a new, refurbished, or remanufactured product. A service fee of $0, $49, or $99 plus tax will be charged for each approved claim.

Depending on what's wrong, we may repair or replace your device. For a cracked screen, we can usually repair it same day. If it's lost or has other physical damage we may replace your device.

Asurion typically takes about 48 hours to process a claim. However, the amount of time it takes may vary depending on the type of device you have and the severity of the damage.
