Take the following steps to create a new A/P Voucher: Double-click Transactions. Double-click Payment Vouchers. Click Form and select New to create a new batch. Click Form and select New to create a new payment voucher. Select A/P in the Voucher Type field. Enter a code in the Vendor Code field.

Creating Voucher Types Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info. or Inventory Info. >Enter the Name of the voucher. Select the type of voucher.
