If you have a total of 1001 Phone System and Audio Conferencing licenses, you can get 125 toll-free service numbers. Buy a Microsoft 365 Business, E1/E3, A1/A3, or G1/G3 plan and add Teams Phone with Calling Plan bundle licenses. This model will give you Teams Phone System PBX capabilities and a Microsoft Domestic Calling Plan. Choose this setup if you want all phone number management and billing to be handled by Microsoft.

Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing with dial-out to USA/CAN requires an Office 365 or Microsoft 365 subscription that includes Microsoft Teams. If you do not have an Office 365 or Microsoft 365 subscription, go to the Microsoft 365 for enterprise page to compare and purchase subscription plans.
