Extend Highlight Title For Free

If you have an active story and you want to make sure this story is added to a Highlight just follow these steps: Tap on the active story to view it. Tap the bottom option Highlight. Tap the plus icon to create new Highlight. Enter the name of the new Highlight. Tap the blue buttons Add.

How to Add a Story to Highlights Without Adding It to Story Switch your Profile to Private. Create a Story like you usually would.Go to your Story settings. Tap Hide story from. Tap the bubbles next to all of your friends to hide the Story from them. Or, you can block everyone so they can't see your Story.

Create Highlight from the archived stories Using the story controls and options you can pull the stories you save to archive. In the new window, tap and select the stories you want to appear in the Highlight and tap Next. Tap Add (iPhone) or Done (Android).

Go to your privacy Story Settings, and Block all users from seeing your Stories. Upload the Story you want to add to the Highlight. Add the Story to your highlight. After waiting 24 hours for the video to add into your Highlights, you can change your privacy settings back to normal.

Open the Story on your smartphone. Tap the Highlight button at the bottom of the screen. Choose the Highlight you want to save the Story to?either a new or existing one. Hit Save and preview the new Highlight on your Instagram profile.

Enable Save to Archive For proper functioning of Instagram highlights, a setting known as Save to archive should be enabled. That saves your stories in your archive. Later, you can add any past story to your highlight. If that isn't enabled, you will not be able to use Instagram highlights.

The name or title can only be up to 15 characters long. It is important to note that if you want the title to be fully displayed, it is best that you make it approximately 10 characters long.
