Extend Email License For Free

If you see RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION in the yellow warning bar, select Buy, and follow the steps to renew your subscription online. If you see SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED in the yellow warning bar, select Reactivate, and then select Buy to renew Office online.

Renew at office.com/renew. (This is the recommended method.) Go to Office.com/renew. Review your shopping cart and choose Checkout. On the next page, sign in with the Microsoft account that you use with Microsoft 365. Review your order and then choose Renew subscription.

Renew your Microsoft 365 subscription Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Go to the Subscriptions page, click Billing, and view your subscriptions. Click Reactivate for the expired subscription.

All regular Microsoft 365 licenses expire after 12 months. However, Microsoft offers a grace period of up to three months, starting at the expiration date. You can still benefit from all the tools included in your current plan.
