A EULA specifies in detail the rights and restrictions which apply to the use of the software. Many form contracts are only contained in digital form, and only presented to a user as a click-through which the user must "accept".

Design the software installation in such a way that the user must agree to the EULA before the software is installed on his/her system. Plan your document. Use a readable typeface, like Times New Roman. Divide your document into sections, and the sections into smaller segments if necessary.
