Making a Payment for your TV, Internet or Home Phone Service Sign in to Spectrum.net. Go to the Billing section and choose to make a payment. Select Make a Payment. Follow the prompts. Payment methods include: Checking or savings account. Debit card. Credit card.

To update your card in the My Spectrum app: Open and sign in to the app. Select the Billing tab. If you have multiple services, scroll to Mobile. Select Manage Payment Methods. Choose a payment method to make changes. Select Edit Payment Method and follow the on-screen instructions to edit your payment method.

Failure to pay the bills on time (30 days in Spectrum's case) may result in discontinuation of services and even removal of all the equipment.

A late fee may be assessed on any past-due balance each month. A returned payment fee may be assessed for any returned check or declined credit or electronic payment. Additional charges may apply if further collection activity is required.

When purchasing a new Spectrum Mobile device, you can enroll in the Spectrum Mobile Device Payment Plan and pay for the total cost of the device over 24 payments, which will be included on your bill each month. Once you've completed all the payments, the device is all yours.

All Spectrum Mobile payments will be charged automatically to your credit or debit card on file. We don't accept cash payments for Spectrum Mobile service. Your Statement: Sign in to your Spectrum Mobile account online or using the Spectrum Mobile Account app to view your monthly statement.

When you do not pay a bill for monthly services such as water, gas, electric, internet, or telephone services, the company will eventually shut off the service. If it does this, it may also add additional fees, such as reconnection fees, that you will have to pay in order to have the service turned back on.
