Radio Buttons are used to allow users to select either a single option from a list of options in a PDF form.This is because radio buttons are used when only one option from the list should be selected. If another option in the same radio button group is selected then the other option will be unselected.

The radio class is a simple wrapper around the <input type="radio"> HTML elements. You can check a radio button by default by adding the checked HTML attribute to the <input> element. You can disable a radio button by adding the disabled HTML attribute to both the <label> and the <input> .

There are several things you can do. One is to create the first check box and make it the size you want. Then right-click on it and select "Create Multiple Fields". This will create multiple fields of the same size and with different names, using a hierarchical naming scheme.

If you are not in form editing mode, choose Tools > Prepare Form. Using the Button tool , drag across the area where you want the button to appear. Open the PDF file that you will use for the form. From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields... From the Add New Field pull-down menu, select Show Tools on Toolbar. Click Radio Button Tool. Position the cursor where you want the form field to begin.
