You cannot replace a document once at least 1 party has signed. It is a security restriction implements to prevent the sender from modifying the documents once at least 1 party has agreed to the document (even if that party is the sender themself). Your only option is to void the document and send a new one.

Prior to completing the envelope, a Recipient/Signer could use the Markup feature if enabled. However, once the envelope has been completed, signed by all requested signers, the associated document cannot be modified/edited.
