Draft Form For Free

Almost all men who are 18-25 years old and live in the United States must register for Selective Service. This includes: U.S. citizens (U.S. born, dual citizens, and naturalized) U.S. citizens who live outside of the country.

While there is currently no draft, registration with the Selective Service System is the most publicly visible program during peacetime that ensures operational readiness in a fair and equitable manner.

Men ages 18-26 were required to register. Civilian authorities conducted the registration. Individuals were responsible for their own registration. Registration suspended April 1, 1975 by Presidential Proclamation 4360.

Fill out the form with all required information. Fill in your date of birth, sex, Social Security number (if you have one), name, mailing address, email address, and date. Don't forget to sign the form! Use a pen when completing the form to clearly write your responses.

If required to register with Selective Service, failure to register is a felony punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or 5 years imprisonment. Also, a person who knowingly counsels, aids, or abets another to fail to comply with the registration requirement is subject to the same penalties.

For example, whenever we buy a product at a store or go grocery shopping, we are entering into an agreement to purchase whatever it is we are purchasing. When we get a new job, we sign an employment agreement to start work ? that's a contract!
