Tally shows all the transactions recorded between you entered period. From list of vouchers, select the voucher, which voucher you want to Delete then press enter. then press ALT+D, then enter Y.

To close vouchers: Create the vouchers. Run the Budget Processor Application Engine process (FSPKBDP3). Run the Matching process. Run the Document Tolerance Application Engine process (FSDOCTOL). Run the Voucher Posting process. Close vouchers after the system completes the Voucher Posting process.

The Voucher Close search page displays. Enter Business Unit. Enter additional Search Criteria to identify your voucher....Select Search. The Close Voucher tab displays. Check the Mark Voucher for Closure checkbox.A message box will display; choose Yes.Enter Comments if you wish.

Delete Unused Stock Items and Ledgers Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > List of Accounts > F5: Show Unused . The unused ledgers appear. Select the ledgers that have to be deleted and press Alt+D . Press Enter to proceed.

To alter vouchers: Go to Display > Day book > select the voucher that has to be altered >Make the changes >Save the altered voucher.
