A condition precedent is a condition or an event that must occur before a right, claim, duty, or interests arises. A condition precedent is contrasted with a condition subsequent. In a contract, a condition precedent is an event that must occur before the parties are obligated to perform.

Create a Property Action On a page, choose Conditional Fields... from the context menu. In the list on the left side select a field to control. Click on Add Property Action. Add a criterion by clicking on the plus sign in the header of the list. Select a value for the criteria. Save by clicking on OK.

In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule. Select the fields you want to show to the recipient when they trigger the rule. You can select as many fields as you like, of any type, as long as they are assigned to the same recipient as the trigger field.
