Up to 100: You can let up to 100 people with view, edit, or comment permissions work on a Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides file at the same time. 100 or more: When 100 people or more are accessing a file, only the owner and some users with editing permissions can edit the file.

Select File > Info. Select Protect Workbook, point to Restrict Permission by People, and then select Restricted Access. In the Permissions dialog box, select Restrict permission to this workbook, and then assign the access levels that you want for each user.

In order to protect your worksheet from getting copied, you need to go into Menu bar >Review > Protect sheet > Password. By entering password, you can secure your worksheet from getting copied by others.
