Select the Settings tab (top). Choose Filters and Blocked Senders (left)....Under the Spam section, choose from the available options: Deliver to email inbox. Prefix the email subject with the text "SPAM:" and deliver to inbox. Place the email in the Spam folder. Delete the email.

Unsubscribe from mass emails On your computer, go to Gmail. Open an email from the sender you want to unsubscribe from. Next to the sender's name, click Unsubscribe or Change preferences. If you don't see these options, follow the steps above to block the sender or mark the message as spam.

Select the Settings tab > Filters & Blocked Senders. Scroll down to Blocked Senders. Here, you can enter a single email address (example: sender@sample.net) or an entire domain (example: @sampledomain.net) in the box. Choose Add to add it to the blocked list.

If you want to change your email address just sign into Spectrum.net and click on the settings tab. Then select the info tab and click on Manage to edit your email addresses when required.
